Need Help with Kids' Christmas, Food, and Utilities

My three girls and I have been through so much trauma, trajedy, heartbreak, and adjustments the past few years, and they deserve so much more than I have been able to give them. My girls are 22, 15, and 13, and all three have bipolar disorder. My oldest refuses to take medication, which is part of the illness. I am a single mom on low income and desperately need help in providing Christmas for them. We also have very little food. I have three months worth of water bill of $162, and expired van tag registration as of Nov. 21 total of $245. Any help would be so greatly appreciated. Thank you and God bless you.
